		Deer-Grove EMS Deer-Grove EMS is the agency tasked with emergency medical services in the Towns and Villages of Cottage Grove and Deerfield. Deer-Grove is a combination department employing a full time chief and several paid positions. Volunteers are an integral part of Deer-Grove's capabilities to provide EMS service to the municipalities. We are currently an Intermediate care provider, and we continue to broaden our technical expertise and training. 		Deerfield Volunteer Fire Department Donations The Deerfield Volunteer Fire Department receives a budget every year from the Village and Township to cover truck and gear expenses. Much of our extra equipment, such as extrication tools and the new ATV are purchased with fundraising and donation dollars.
